" This testimonial is to show our appreciation for the SHARP card attendance program here at Lynhaven School in San Jose, California. This is our first year in the program and even since the beginning of the program back in September; it has made an enormous positive impact on our students. Each week the students are very excited about getting their cards and very much look forward to the featured animal of the week. I have students that are excited to be to school on time and it has brought a real awareness to the importance of being on time as they won't receive their card if they are late or absent any of the days in that week. Teachers have responded positively to the program as well as they are enthusiastic about handing out the cards and promoting the program by the tally poster they hang on their door or wall in their classroom. They also benefit by the on time behavior of their students as they are able to start class on time and not have to constantly repeat what was missed by the students who show up late. "
